Culture Night Returns, Raises Money for a Good Cause

The World Language Honor Societies at Hendrick Hudson High School came together on

Thursday, May 30 for their annual “Culture Night” celebration. The Honor Society members brought in homemade dishes from their cultures to share with other students and their families. Students also led crafts and trivia and swapped “fun facts” about their respective cultures.

As a special treat, a Henna artist, who is parent of a Hendrick Hudson student, attended the event to share her art with students.

Proceeds from the event were donated to help a Hendrick Hudson family in need. “Thank you to all of the students and families who participated in making Culture Night 2024 a success,” World Language teacher Samantha McKay said.
