Senior Class has 17 Students Earn Seal of Biliteracy

There were 17 seniors in this year's Hendrick Hudson High School graduating class who received the New York State Seal of Biliteracy. In order to receive the Seal of Biliteracy on their diploma, students must demonstrate high proficiency in English and a second language. Two Hen Hud students received additional Seals this year for demonstrating proficiency in a third language.

All of the students were required to submit a portfolio of their work and to give a research presentation in front of a panel of teachers and school community members. The students were then recognized for their achievement at the Senior Awards Night on June 11.
