What is Schoology?
Hendrick Hudson High School will be using the Schoology Learning Management System as the digital platform for all instruction. Schoology enables our students, parents, and teachers to engage with learning materials and their school community from the classroom and beyond. With Schoology, students can digitally submit homework assignments, review grades, participate in interactive discussions, receive announcements and feedback, take tests, create electronic portfolios, and more.
This digital learning hub will enhance connectivity and communication by providing parents access to their child’s instruction. As a parent, you will be able to view your child’s activity within the platform, including weekly notifications relating to completion of assignments. We value your participation in your child’s education, and we encourage that you view the videos:
- Welcome Parents: An overview of the features and tools available to users with a Schoology Parent Account.
- Parent Communication: Learn the basics of using Schoology to communicate with you child's school and instructors.
